I doubt you would find a repair shop that would be interested in rewinding
your relays.  They'll tell you it simply isn't economical, after they get
done laughing at you.

However, there's nothing difficult or mysterious about doing it yourself ...

BTW, the originals must have lasted a long time, as I just took one that
matches your description off of my car last year.  The Moss replacement has
already failed ... now I'm trying a general purpose 40 amp relay from
Whitney.  So far, so good.
