Just to be clear, US-spec fuses DO have a specified "blow current", it just
isn't normally printed on the fuse.
The blow current rating is actually a curve of current vs time (higher
currents blow faster), and it is specified for each series (AGC, SFE, etc.)
and size of fuse.
