TR6 wiring question

I need to run a wire from the fuse box to the LH rear of my TR.  Questions
are:

a)      where does the current wiring loom run?
b)      can a new wire easily be run along the same channel?
c)      if the channel is enclosed any suggestions on feeding the wire
through?
