Looking for suggestions on replacing a threaded insert in a rubber bumper underrider (bumper guard). This probably is a common problem for both Spits and TR-6s. Has any one had any luck in potting in a nut in the part and if so what type of epoxy, etc. did you use. I am trying to salvage a pair of '74 Spit front bumper underriders that have spun out inserts |
