tires for GT6 with wire wheels

This has probably been covered a hundred times but I guess now it's my
turn.  I'm looking to put some new tires on my '67 GT6 with the stock
wire wheels.  My questions are:
1.  Should I stay with the 155 - 13's?
2.  Do I need tires with tubes, or can I get tubeless tires (I'm
ignorant)?
