Erkan, if the shafts are loose, then a rebuild will be of no use to you at
all, you must check them first for any play, a rebuild is very easy on these
carbs, look for a book by Kenneth Ball = Autopress Ltd. T/R 2/3/4, extremely
good on all the mechanics of these cars. Timing is just advance it for best
RPM and then retard it 100 rpm. "FT"
