Bob is right, just enough glue to hold things is what you want. I put a
heavy coat of 3M Trim Adhesive on my carpet AND the panel I was attaching
the carpet to. When I try to peel up the carpet many loops stay behind
stuck to the panel... Each glued piece of carpet will be destroyed when I
have to remove it. Less is better!
