First of all I'd like to thank everybody that had spare diffs available,
but I've decided after taking into account shipping
costs and another potential for disaster (If you recall I'm on my second
diff in 3 months!) I'm going to bite the bullet and attempt an actual
rebuild with the aid of "My Mechanic". At the very worst I'll end up with a
rebuild. I figure I'm better off in the long run.
While she's incapacitated I'm going to switch out the heads, the spare head
is being rebuilt, and replace the front wheels bearings. Hey, anybody using
the Moss drilled rotors? The brake calipers need a rebuild too, next month.
Anyway, that seems enough for now. Damn, I'm excited. Once I get'er back
together I just might feel like a brand-new-used-old-car.
