Did you get any responses to you problem, Michael?
If I understand you correctly, it's the lower INNER fulcrum pin. The nut is
missing but the triangular shaped bracket attached to the frame with 2 nuts
and bolts is still there.
You'll need to replace the pin....or a portion of it by taking your trusty
Saws-all, cuting it flush to where it's attached to the central bracket in
the frame and replacing it with a replacement pin from a donor car. You'll
need to sharpen your welding skills though.
