I had this on a TR3 motor in my race car. The block was cracked by the short
stud in the were front. you could not see the crack, but magnaflux showed it
was there. I got a radiator pressure setup from a friend. Had someone eles
put pressure on the radiator while I was under the car looking at the front
main area. It not not take very long for the water to come out.

I hope this is not your problem.
