I can't find the original poster of the thread:
I have just done a similar think to my 76 TR6 - although I did not replace
the clutch. After rebuilding the Clutch master cyl and the slave cyl, my
clutch grabs about 1 inch off the floor.
What I have heard is that the system still needs to be bled. Apparently the
hydraulic line coming out of the clutch master cyl is a bear to bleed all
the air out - due to the way it loops above the clutch master cyl and then
down to the slave.
Let me know what other solutions you come up with, because I'm obviously
very interested.
