Oh yes, by the way, did you know you have to ream the bushes to size ?
Both the Bentley and Haynes manuals seem to skip this point (I suppose
because you were supposed to have a Triumph shop replace the bushings).
An ordinary 5/8" (.625") reamer should leave the correct radial
clearance.
If you're using the TriumphTune Nylatron bushings on the inner pivots,
they also have to be reamed to size, around 13/16" as I recall.
Other than that, it should go together fairly easy. I usually don't
tighten the upper ball joint into the upper A arms until last, so that
the vertical link and trunnion can be moved a bit to help line up with
the seccond lower A arm.
