TR4A Sparkplugs

I think the current Champion plug is the 312.  It started out life
as the L87Y, they changed something (electrode, I guess) to 
copper and added a C (L87YC) then stuck a resistor in there
somewhere and the number changd to RL87YC.  Last time I
tried to buy some they came in a box which said 312 with the
L87YC in tiny letters beneath.  They have always worked well
in my TR4A.
Think the Bosch number is W7BC and have no idea on the NGK.
