So, the relays are working, though its unlikely that they both fail at the
same time, its possible. Check that the wire going to the motors is not
broken, check for dodgy earth at the motor and check the motor itself. Being
a wiper motor doesn't exactly help it there, but it makes it easier to
recondition the thing if necessary.
