Subject: Discount Koni Shocks
According to the Koni website, the correct front shock for a TR3 is
model 80-1005. Found a discount shock absorber distributor at
"www.shox.com" in the San Diego area. Called for a price on that
model...$85 ea + $9.00 UPS ground. TRF has 'em for $115 ea plus $17 UPS.
A 28% savings seems worthwhile, but I thought I'd ask if any of you have
ever dealt with these guys...or know of a better place to buy. Thanks.
