We have been told the car needs a brake master cylinder - plus the "young
married" lady got pregnant and couldn't fit behind the steering wheel - so
we don't expect any really major problems. The young lady bought the car
in 1993 and up to then it was still with the original owner -- 2nd owner
"retired" the car in 1994 -- as to what I want out of the car - the fun of
owning and driving it -- (my husband gets the pleasure of working on it) <G>

Yes, we own a 1978 MG MIdget. Thank you for your kind input. We have
been fortunate to acquire the wiring schematic with the car. (That
paperwork happened to be in a plastic packet.) So that is a plus. The
repair manuals were basically trashed. Got wet and -- you get the picture.
