I think I saw some drill bits especially made for drilling out spot welds on
Eastwood's website. I don't have the link handy but give them a try.

I thought I might drill out all the spot welds to take the rocker panels
off my TR3A but that looks like it would be a two week job. Is the easier
way just to grind like mad until the panel pulls free? And what size
grinder should I use if I do it this way?
