Webers TR3 linkage question

Any one out there able to provide a picture (or real good written
description) of the linkage set up for Webers (DOCE) on a four cylinder?
When I look at the levers and arms provided It sure looks like the obvious
set up will pull the wrong direction and the only way I can see to move the
pivot arm around will foul with the arm that open the rear carb.

Help, a picture could be worth a thousand words.
