best bet is instantly use water in copious amounts. After you washed it off,
you can use spirits to clean after it, but everything you use will have more
undesirable effects, so just use more soapy water.
As you are not thinking of spilling brake fluid regularely, just use bog
standard paint. Can't help you with your gasket problem, never remove d the
thing so far.
