The rubber on the master cylinder has retired resulting in DOT4 all over the
servo and the housing inside the foot well. The generic black paint has been
ruined on both parts. What is the best way to clean the brake fluid out of
these parts? What paint would suit the job? When I pulled the servo off the
firewall, there was black putty around the opening. Was this an attempt at a
gasket, is there a gasket that is supposed to go between the servo spacing
block and the firewall?
