You don't want to put a J type OD in your TR250.  1st. the input shaft is to
short. The TR6s had the pilot bush in the flywheel, not the end of the
crankshaft. 2nd the rear trans mount is different.  BUT with ENOUGH $$$$$$$$
you can make anything fit in anywhere. Just ask me. I put a Chevy V6 in a
TR3. Take the  J OD and traid it for a A OD.
