As no one has mentioned this I'll tell you my method. I remove the pads and, with the caliper still in situ, use the brake systems own pressure to free them. Once the pistons are loosened and the calipers are off the pistons will normally come out with very little persuasion. This is how I've always done this - did I miss something here ? Neil |
