The Horn on my Spit used to honk when I pulled on the top of the
steering wheel. Does that count?
This could actually be the same same (if you use the steering wheel as
resistance for depressing the brake pedal)
The problem was that the column bushing was worn out and it allowed the
column housing to move and thus short out against the shaft when enough
movement was experienced.
