Just recently, when applying the brakes on my TR6, I found the horn sounding. A little detective work and guess what? Its a result of the steering shaft moving slightly toward the front as I put on the brakes. I seem to have some North-South play in the steering box. With 270,000 miles, I guess I can expect some play. Has anyone one else ran into this and can anyone suggest a fix, such as an adjustment? Bob |
