TR3A floor pan rust

I was sandblasting the floor pans of my TR3A.  They are generally solid, but
the sand blasting uncovered about a dozen pin hole "pitting" perforations.
Anyone have any experience or recommendations on:

1) rip 'em out and replace (will this be an extension of a project which
already looks like it will extend past my natural life)

2) MIG weld them closed (try to at least)

3) Fill with POR15 (cheap and sleazy)
