I am preparing to replace the horn relay on my 76 TR6. The existing relay seems to work (that is, the thing clicks when I press the horn button), but the horns blow intermittently. I am beginning to think that the contacts inside the thing (that send the power to the horns) are dirty/corroded. Has anyone taken a horn relay apart and put it back together with success? Or Should I just order a new one - even though with the new part I lose originality? Jack Radley 76TR6 |
