NAYS--Barry, Houck, Stosch, Quayle, Williams, Ticer, Schrock--7.
ABSTENTIONS--Miller, Y.B.--1.
The folks in the districts of the NAYS should get on their case!!!
However, it is not impossible to revive a bill... now it is even more
important to contact your legislator.
