I've ordered twice from them and have had no significant problems - one
missing bushing. I emailed them and they promptly sent one. Free
shipping - and it gets here pretty fast. The only thing you might want to
keep in mind is the customs charge from the UPS Customhouse Brokerage
Service - usually not too bad and you can actually call and get an estimate
of the fee before they deliver it to your door. Also, US Customs wants all
details (read ... forms to fill out) for any integrated circuit boards and
any BEARINGS coming into the US. I ordered a gearbox recon kit (with
several bearings) but talked UPS into skipping the details as it was a
'kit'.

That's pretty interesting.....are you willing to let me order my parts,
have it sent to you, and you forward it to me?

Speaking of Rimmers. I'd like to hear others kudos or barbs. I ordered
a power steering hose for the Stag on December 23 by using their 'after
hours' telephone line. I received confirmation that the order was
received ( I had to write them and ask. ) but still no sign of the hose.
The confirmation message said it would 'be sent shortly'.....what is the
definition of shortly? Is three weeks the norm? I'm not bitching nor am
I wanting to start another torrent of posts blasting any supplier, just
curious about how other of their customers were treated.

Thanks.
