I usually put it in 4th, stand by the right front wing/fender as push
using the top of the rf tire (easy to push as the tire gives you 2:1
leverage) and you have a good view of the distributor, plug hole and
crank pulley.

> dimple there. Bet yours does too!
Or it might be a hole in the rearward lip of the pulley.
