Hello All. I have been busy this winter. (40degrees). The 250 I purchase
back in 92 as a basket case. Is coming together. This is a frame up
reconditioning. Blasted and painted the frame back in 93. This Thanksgiving
I roughed the paint and resprayed it. Rustolem Gloss Black. Used emamel
reducer and spray gun. Have all front supension. Completly rebuilt. New
everything. And painted so pretty. Rear trailing arms are done. All Ploy
bushing. Drive shaft and half shafts. Have new Hardy Spicer U-Joints. (What a
bitch doing this yourself in a vise.) But it is done. I am going make a tool
for removeing the hub off the half shafts to rebuilt myself. You know the
bearing kit is only $30 retail. Hell they all want $250 each to have someone
else do it. Have rebuilt all brakes liken new. Rear end. new seals all
around. Hey. my side flanges came right off. I know these can be a bear.
And painted so pretty. If I ever rolled the car everyone will see the pretty
supension painted.
Today I need to get back to work on my 74 tr-6. Which I have been trying
to sell.
Well no one seems to know a good deal. So I have raise the price $2000 and
will do the cometics my self. New Carpet, cleaning panels, repair lights,
replace heater, and stiffen the seats. Spring will be here before you know
it. Also have purchased a couple MGBs
73 MGB-GT with Air. for sale Still in dry storage.
73 MGB roadster not for sale. Still in dry storage.
