Pete,
At least you got a catalog from TRF.  I have called time and time again
requesting a catalog from TRF without any success.  The response I always get
is "we don't have any printed at this time."  "When do you think you will have
them printed", I ask. "I don't know" they reply.  The way I see it if you don't
want to let people know what you offer then there is no way they can buy it.
