Ah, there seems a slight confusion with the de Loerean. This worked exactly
the other way round. As the guy knew he would get sh*tloads of money from
the government HE proposed to build the factory there, it was'n the
government. And as it were, the government ferrried trainloads of money into
the business. Of course the de lorean was slightly expensive plus all the
other known problems. I mean, there IS a reason why you can still buy them
for about 6k ukp in very good condition.
