Hi Listers: Happy Turkey Day or what have you.
I am completing my TR4 with Surrey top and I have a question about the
weather seals. New Piggott book (I love it) shows a photo I had not seen
before. A rather heavy looking rubber seal on the front edge of the
Surrey top apparently goes from windscreen driver side down along bottom
doors and up along Surrey front edge and then to other door sill and up
to passenger side of windscreen. I THINK Moss shows #649-070 seal,
rubber, as the proper one. Do you also use "Furflex" with this or as the
Piggott photo shows, does the rubber seal cover the "channell" as well
as the edge where furflex would normally go ? Why do you need 2 of these
rubber seals as Moss states ?
