Simply overboring a 2.5 litre by .060 does not increase the displacement
to 2.7L.  If you work the calculations it only increases displacement to
just over 2593CC.  you will also have to increase the stroke to 3.884" 
from the stock stroke of 3.737" in addition to the .060 over bore to make
2.7L.  Paeco Performance sells a stroker kit tha tincreases displacement
to 2773cc.  .  But what is the actual purpose of doing this.....more
cubes? :)  I hear a 350 chevy drops right in.  If you ever plan on having
some fun, such as autocross or vintage racing, you have a completely
illegal car, since .0475 is the max over bore and the stroke has to remain
unchanged from stock.
