Have a bit of a "clunk" sound when shifting my '72 TR6. Sometimes after shifting into gear, while letting off the clutch, I hear this clunk. It seems to be coming from the center of the car, slightly behind the seats. Recently put in a new clutch kit, pilot bushing, throw-out bearing (from a Landrover!) new fork, shaft and pin. Any ideas? If I let up slowly off the clutch, it does not happen. Please make this an easy fix.... Thanks Steve Longbottom 72 TR6 75 TR7 |
