That is the weep hole on the pump. When fluid begins to pour from that hole
it is a sure sign that your pump seal is gone
and thus the pump needs replacement. This is a contrast from the normal
state of fluids pouring from every other orifice and seal on the car
which is a sign that you own an LBC.
