Palatial estate, huh? Is that the same as "humble abode"? Let's see, I
think the best plan would be for everyone (what was it, about 500 active
listers and another 700 or so digesters?) to arrive at about the same
time - that way, the hors d'oeuvres would be fresh. S'pose I should tell
my wife about this? She doesn't even know we're going to Portland yet!
In any case, I don't know where everyone would park - I'll probably
still have those two ill-advised TR3s sitting around in the way!

Anyway, I'm about 3 hours from Portland. Too close to bother to spend
the night on your way there, and too far to commute back and forth.
Sumner is MUCH closer!
