Who can cut a key from the number?

Sometime back I remember there was a mention of a guy in Virginia(?) that
could cut new keys from the key numbers. My local shop can cut the ignition
key but could not help with the trunk key. I have the number from the BMIHT
certificate. Does anyone have a phone number for the guy in VA or someone
else that can cut the trunk key? Thanks.
