Soft Rubber Shaft Seals?

What are these soft rubber throttle shaft seals that you referenced in your
last E-mail?
Are they called out in the lit. you sent me? How do I get to them? I do have a
small amount of play in both throttle shafts going through the carbs. I
thought the only way to reduce this play (vacuum leakage) was to replace the
bushings with smaller bored ones and maybe even replace the throttle shafts
themselves.
