Will,
this may be of little use, but someone else in the UK may be able
to help more. On BBC morning television Weds/Thurs this week they
were demonstrating a device they described as a "oxygen magnet",
which effectivly attracted more oxygen into system producing a more
efficient and powerful combustion. The net result was reduced emission
to about 33% of original and more power, better fuel comsumption
( I know sounds too good ..). The actual device was green and
cylindrical about 3 inches long 1.5 across. It seemed to fit
in-line on an air hose or something. Available in the UK for
£30 apparently, soon to be released in the US.
I'm afraid that is all I know, but another UK lister may have more
details.
Regards
David.

{} Ok, now I'm really pissed off.
{}
{} After spending hours readying my 76 Spit for its fifth emission test, I
{} failed.
{}
{} A friend who owns a local Jag repair shop spent a great deal of time on
{} this car and three times tested it on the emissions gear at his shop
{} (generously donating his time charging me only twenty bucks and a six
{} pack of Weinharts Root Beer! oh, and they are certified emissions
{} specialists. btw) where it passed with flying colors.
{}
{} HOWEVER, state testing facilities continue to fail my car....marginally,
{} but failing none the less. This is my daily driver so I'm pretty much
{} fucked. I've had it. Does anyone know if I can register my car to a PO
{} Box in a non-emissions area here in Washington state? Do they require a
{} residence address? I'm really in a bind here...with two jobs both quite
{} a distance away, I can't go public transportation without showing up
{} three hours late for my day job.
{}
{} The car has headers, so my egr and cat. converter are missing, PO didn't
{} save the parts. Therefore, I can't get the waiver. Does anyone have any
{} suggestions?
{}
{} Will
