tonneau cover wanted -- clarification

I guess that first post was not very clear.  I want a black tonneau 
cover for my MkIV Spit.  I'm not sure what the difference between a 
regular and a hardtop version is but I have a hardtop and I plan on 
using it almost exclusively with the hardtop.  Or perhaps more 
appropriately I'll be using it when there is NO top on the car!
