Yes. Find a large socket or pipe fitting that has an
inside diameter larger than the bushing but small enough
to sit firmly against the edge of the spring. Get another
socket (3/4" is about right) and push the bushing
out with a big c clamp. If it's really rusted in place,
use a drill bit to drill out the rubber between the inner
bushing and the spring and clean it out a bit at a time.
You can press the new bushing into place with the clamp.
