Purchase a spot weld remover. It's a drill bit that has a small pointed bit to start the hole. It's surrounded by a second, larger, metal cutting saw that cuts through the spot weld on the first layer of sheet metal. This'll free up a panel cleanly and easily. I've got one and it works! |
