My mechanic asked me to post this. He has seen two cases in as many days of Hepolite .020 over pistons being off in weight by nearly an ounce and where ethe ring groove was mismachined. He was wondering how many other people have had the same problem. He likes using them for the sake of originality but said that the oriental pistons which he can get for half the price of the Hepolites sem to be made better and are easier to balance. Ron |
