Allen,
You have prbably damaged all the seals in the M/C and slave.  My
recommendation is to clean out the system now and check the seals.  If by
some strange quirk of fate, your mixture of 3 to 4 was diluted to restict
damage to a minimum, consider yourself quite lucky.
