Brendan, if you take a 50K house and put in a 100K swimming pool you
still have a 50K house. The stereo system is of your liking only, and
probably not the new buyer. P/S ever listen to a radio/stereo in a LBC @
60 MPH with the top down, sounds the same as a 29.88 K-Mart special=no
sound at all, but then I usually turn my radio down at traffic lights
because adjoing cars can't understand a LBC with Hank Williams playing
anyway.
