I think Ford quality overall is good, but they really bit the big one here. I
sold my
wife's Explorer last year just because of this problem. It had already gone
thru a
set of rotors (dealer item only, thank you).
You really gotta love the phrase---" no user-serviceable subassemblies are
available"...... Pay the man, again!.
