Parrish Auto Insurance

I tried to phone Parrish insurrance today but they were closed due to the
Holidays. I am thinking about buying  a 1985 Mustang GT convertible(
Cherry, all options). I talked to my USSA Insurrance agent today, and
almost dropped my Margarita, when she quoted my rate. My question is does
Parrish insure cars of this class? ( FLAMES: I realize it isn't a Triumph)
