i already looked and it don't look like there will be much of a
problem....no frame members in the way,, less im missing one or
two...which is possible....have the rear end out now, and all the
necessary tools to take it out..will let the list know what i ended up
doing...

Larry, Save yourself some time and don't even try taking a Spit tranny
out from below. It is impossible unless you do some major frame
modifications, or remove the engine first.
