Hello Listers:
Once again following the thread on the Ford Fiesta alternators. A good and
possibly more readily available alternative would be the Bosch units fitted
to 80's VW Rabbits, Golfs and Jettas. These are in the 55-75 watt range
have on board regulators and are a 3 wire hook up. Am contemplating
fitting one to my 3A and it seems to fit with little modification (usual
pulley stuff). In any case just as straightforward as the Fiesta unit.
